When you use SpeechPilot, we process:

• Speech inputs: Occasion, stories, names, and preferences you provide to generate your speech.
• Payment data: Processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type (for rate limiting and security only).

3. How We Use Your Data

• Generate your personalized speech using AI (Anthropic Claude).
• Process your payment via Stripe.
• Prevent abuse (rate limiting, fraud detection).

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any other purpose.

4. Data Retention

• Unpaid sessions: Deleted within 2 hours.
• Paid sessions: Deleted within 24 hours.
• Payment records: Minimal logs (amount, date, status) retained for accounting as required by law.

5. Third-Party Services
