1. Service Description

SpeechPilot provides AI-generated speeches for personal occasions (weddings, eulogies, birthdays, etc.). Each speech costs $4.99 (one-time payment).

2. AI-Generated Content

Speeches are generated by artificial intelligence based on your inputs. While we strive for quality:

• Generated content is a starting point — we recommend reviewing and personalizing it.
• We do not guarantee that generated content will be factually accurate if you provide incorrect information.
• You own the generated speech and may use it freely for personal purposes.

3. Payments & Refunds

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• You see a free preview before paying — this is your opportunity to evaluate quality.
• Due to the instant-delivery nature of the service, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at contact@speechpilot.co.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the service.
• Submit content that is hateful, abusive, or violates third-party rights.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of the speeches generated for you. SpeechPilot and the Iris Digital brand, design, and code remain our property.

6. Limitation of Liability

SpeechPilot is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to speech quality, delivery outcomes, or audience reception.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in France.
